Maple Cotton Candy is made from a mixture of pure cane sugar and our maple sugar (made from 100% pure maple syrup). Unlike many cotton candies, the maple cotton candy has a very natural flavor without hints of artificial tastes. Many folks ask why we don't use just maple sugar... maple sugar burns when used alone for cotton candy. At Sweetwater's Maple we have found the perfect combination of maple sugar and cane sugar to produce a delicious cloud of maple!
