What is Sweetwater?

Sweetwater is sap straight from maple trees and has the consistency of water with a tinge of sweetness (1%-3% sugar).  At Sweetwater’s Maple, it is our pleasure to take this God-given resource and transform it into all-natural maple syrup and other delightful maple treats!

Only 100% pure maple can deliver syrup that is silky smooth and deliciously sweet with the flavor that is distinctly maple. At Sweetwater's Maple we harvest sap from Ohio sugar maple trees and transform it into delicious maple syrup. It is a labor of love and a time-consuming process, but the result is unmatched.
